Cancellations & Transfers
Do you want to change from an all-male team to a co-ed team? Do you want to change from an ultra team to a standard team? Use the contact form on this page and we can assist you. All changes need to be made 30 days prior to race weekend.
Do you need to transfer your bib to another participant for one reason or another? No problem! You can transfer your big up to two weeks out at no charge. Click Here for instructions. Please note that that you have to send a request to them & they have to accept the transfer request no more than two weeks out from race weekend. (3.25.22)
Deferrals are available as follows:
Free until 2.28.23 / $10 until 3.24.23. Click Here for instructions. Please note that you will go into a deferred status and will be emailed a reservation after this years’ event is over. It will be your responsibility to register yourself via that email link.
